Head of Leadership Development, Iconic Firm

Jeff is a leadership strategist and advisor who challenges architecture firm owners to question assumptions, see new possibilities, and make better decisions. His work focuses on developing stronger leaders who can navigate complexity, make intentional choices, and lead their firms forward.
